Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid NC Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to potentially cover multiple needs as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Complete thorough evaluations to identify students’ needs and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support classroom participation and student success
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide recommendations for adaptive tools, classroom modifications, and skills improvement
• Consult with families and school staff regarding strategies for student support
