Your expertise will span a variety of OT practice areas, including in-person school-based services, teletherapy, and healthcare and home health practices, making a meaningful impact across diverse educational settings. The upcoming assignment covers the 2026-2027 school year, supporting students’ progress both in and out of the classroom.

Desired Qualifications:
• Current or pending Arizona Occupational Therapy licensure
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in schools, particularly with IEPs, evaluations, and delivering student therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to provide both onsite and remote services as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for working with school-aged children across grades K-12

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement student-centered therapeutic interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide detailed evaluation reports, and contribute to individualized plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with established IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Adapt service delivery to include teletherapy or home-based sessions as appropriate
