Key Qualifications:
- Active Special Service Provider (SSP) license issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is required
- Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering student independence and functional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services, assessments, and interventions to students at both Sky Ranch Academy and Capstone Academy
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) addressing students’ unique needs
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of sessions, progress, and plans in accordance with CDE and school guidelines
- Educate and support staff, teachers, and families to promote student success in school environments
- Travel between campuses as scheduled, with three days at Sky Ranch Academy and one day at Capstone Academy
