This contract-to-hire opportunity allows you to provide expert care and support to a diverse range of learners, working alongside a dedicated school team. Enjoy the flexibility of part-time hours, working either 14 or 28 hours per week, while splitting your time between two welcoming academy campuses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Special Service Provider (SSP) license issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is required
  • Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and functional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services, assessments, and interventions to students at both Sky Ranch Academy and Capstone Academy
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) addressing students’ unique needs
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of sessions, progress, and plans in accordance with CDE and school guidelines
  • Educate and support staff, teachers, and families to promote student success in school environments
  • Travel between campuses as scheduled, with three days at Sky Ranch Academy and one day at Capstone Academy
