Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Certificate (CO DOE Cert)
• Valid Colorado Occupational Therapy License
• Experience or strong interest in working in school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Passion for student-centered intervention, with adaptability across age and ability levels
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and prepare individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions designed to support classroom engagement, motor skills, and overall independence
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Document progress, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families to promote effective OT strategies and student success
