1:1 Licensed Occupational Therapist School Setting in Littleton, CO

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Current certification and state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience providing OT services in schools or similar pediatric environments
• Skilled in designing and implementing 1:1 intervention plans
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Compassionate and patient with a commitment to supporting students with unique needs
• Adaptable and organized, able to handle changing caseloads and priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one occupational therapy to assigned students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and monitor customized intervention plans tailored to individual goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to ensure coordinated support
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records
• Apply evidence-based strategies and adaptive techniques to promote independence in school activities
