Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to design and implement individual and group therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and create individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student success
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with school protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to student goal planning
  • Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
