Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience working with K-12 students, or a strong desire to help school-aged children succeed
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Adaptable approach suited to a dynamic school setting
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and set achievable goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state documentation requirements
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ daily functioning
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school environment
