Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state where you’ll be working
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, interventions, and support for students with diverse functional abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights and progress updates
- Maintain detailed records of treatment sessions and monitor student outcomes
