What You'll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience in a school setting preferred (open to new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork)
• Knowledge of best practices for K-12 intervention and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess student needs and deliver interventions for a diverse caseload, from Kindergarten to high school seniors
• Document progress, update goals, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate daily with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain clear, timely records to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
• Support transitions by recommending assistive technology and classroom adaptations where appropriate
