Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in school OT programs, including delivery through teletherapy
  • Background in home health and broader healthcare OT environments
  • Specialized knowledge in fine motor skill development and feeding therapy
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently in a contract setting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills across platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention goals
  • Implement therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills and feeding
  • Deliver occupational therapy in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with school teams, caregivers, and external healthcare providers
  • Track student progress and maintain clear, timely records
  • Support the transition of therapy strategies to classroom and home environments
