Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Colorado
• Experience providing OT services in school-based settings preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation
• Ability to tailor interventions for diverse student needs, ranging from mild to complex cases
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Openness to partnering with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for effective caseload management

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals and educational standards
• Assess, develop, and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address sensory, motor, and functional skills
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize learning environments and student outcomes
• Supervise and provide guidance to onsite COTA as needed
• Maintain thorough records and timely reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development opportunities
