Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license required
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Creative, solution-focused approach to addressing students’ unique needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and district protocols
- Assess, plan, and document student progress, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide evidence-based interventions that support academic and functional skills
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and teachers regarding goals and student progress
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
