Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapy license required
  • Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Creative, solution-focused approach to addressing students’ unique needs
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and district protocols
  • Assess, plan, and document student progress, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide evidence-based interventions that support academic and functional skills
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and teachers regarding goals and student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
