Embark on a contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and functional achievement as a school-based Occupational Therapist near Longmont, CO. This assignment spans the academic year, from August 18, 2026, through June 3, 2027, consisting of 34 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday (enjoying Mondays off). You’ll divide your time between three days at an elementary campus and one day working with high school students, all in a collaborative onsite setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license
  • Experience in school-based OT settings preferred
  • Adaptable to working with both elementary and high school populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students per IEPs and educational requirements
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions targeting student participation and independence in school routines
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student access in classroom and extracurricular activities
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Contribute positively to school teams, supporting an inclusive and welcoming learning environment
