School Occupational Therapist | Longmont, Colorado

Based onsite near Longmont, CO, this role offers a meaningful way to support developing learners within a welcoming district environment. Work four days per week, giving you Mondays free and making the most of your work-life balance.

In this position, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in students’ growth and independence. You’ll split your time across three days at an elementary school and one day at a high school, working collaboratively with supportive staff and diverse learners.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current OT licensure required
• Experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to student needs and school environments
• Commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere for students of all backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, interventions, and direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and educational planning
