In this position, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in students’ growth and independence. You’ll split your time across three days at an elementary school and one day at a high school, working collaboratively with supportive staff and diverse learners.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current OT licensure required
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to student needs and school environments
- Commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere for students of all backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, interventions, and direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and educational planning
