School Occupational Therapist - Longmont, Colorado

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum of one year experience working in a classroom setting
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or proof that license is in progress (please note: TEE signatures are not accepted)
• Ability to provide references and the required documentation alongside your application
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to school-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students, supporting IEP goals and educational participation
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students (25 per school)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Communicate effectively with staff, families, and fellow providers
• Contribute positively to campus communities by supporting student independence and access to learning

This is an onsite opportunity at two welcoming school locations, offering a blend of stability and professional growth. The contract runs from August 17th, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with full-time hours (37.5 hours per week, including 2.5 hours of unpaid lunches).
