Occupational Therapist School Setting in Longview, WA

What you’ll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy settings preferred
• Strong understanding of supporting students with various disabilities
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Passion for fostering student growth, independence, and well-being

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct therapy services to students onsite, adapting techniques according to student needs
• Assessing students and developing individualized treatment plans
• Documenting progress and adjusting interventions to maximize student outcomes
• Supporting teachers and staff with strategies to integrate OT services throughout the school day
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support planning
• Managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
