Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Washington State OT certification (required)
- Experience or strong interest in working with children with various disabilities, from mild to severe
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site OT services for students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
