Qualifications and Experience:

  • Occupational Therapist (OT) credentials
  • Active New Mexico state (NMRLD) license and NMPED certification, or eligibility to have NMPED pending at start date
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to elementary students
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor IEPs
  • Maintain clear documentation and timely reporting
  • Communicate effectively with families and educational staff
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development
