Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to creating inclusive, empowering environments for all students

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ strengths and challenges through formal assessments and observations
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student engagement and success
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and document progress
• Integrate evidence-based interventions into classroom routines and environments
• Educate school personnel on best practices for supporting students’ occupational needs
