Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
- Ability to design and implement customized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to develop targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and adjust goals/interventions as needed
- Deliver therapy in individual and small group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insights
- Promote skills for independent functioning within school environments
