School-Based Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Support Specialist (2026/2027 School Year)

Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Experience:
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Experience with sensory integration and adaptive equipment is a plus

Education:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active California Occupational Therapist License required
