School-Based Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Support Specialist (2026/2027 School Year)

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

Experience:

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with sensory integration and adaptive equipment is a plus

• New graduates welcome to apply

Education:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active California Occupational Therapist License required
