Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of California
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Familiarity with the developmental needs of K-12 students
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ occupational therapy needs through standardized tests and observations
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in line with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers to integrate strategies within the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and evaluations
• Offer guidance and resources to families and school staff to support student achievement
• Adapt interventions to suit diverse student backgrounds and learning abilities
