Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license required
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage multiple service sites efficiently

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized direct OT services to students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal outcomes
• Provide consultative support for additional students by collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and sensory strategies to facilitate student participation
• Maintain accurate records, service logs, and timely communication with the educational team
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
