Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (CA)
  • Experience with K-5th populations, school-based setting preferred
  • Understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to different school cultures and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct OT services to TK-5th grade students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize interventions
  • Document progress and complete required reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-related activities
