Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain before start)
  • School-based OT experience preferred; open to those with a strong interest in working with K–12 students

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services for students in grades K–12
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and other functional challenges impacting their school success
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate as a team member for student support discussions and interventions
  • Efficiently manage caseload within your contracted hours—no additional duties such as bus or parent pick-up assignments
