Begin your journey with an engaging orientation on August 3 and 4, 2026, and support students as they start the school year on August 10, 2026. The assignment runs through May 21, 2027, offering stability and rewarding daily experiences.
Your interests will guide your age-group matches, allowing you to support the students who inspire you most. You’ll benefit from a well-stocked environment—testing materials and equipment are readily available, focusing your time where it matters. A dedicated same-discipline supervisor ensures you have immediate professional support and guidance, while the “Buddy Program” welcomes new hires to foster a smooth transition and comprehensive orientation process.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for school settings
- Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and annual reviews
- Engage in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and 1:1 check-ins
