Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a school setting and/or home health strongly preferred
• Skilled in supporting students with SLP needs, ADHD, and mild Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse learning and behavioral profiles

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted occupational therapy services to students to support academic and functional success
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, counselors, and parents to coordinate support strategies
• Develop and monitor progress toward IEP and therapy goals
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and contribute to team meetings as needed
