Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible for practice in Massachusetts
• Prior experience providing OT services in school-based environments is highly valued
• Familiarity with both push-in and pull-out models for therapy delivery
• Proficiency in developing IEP goals and documenting progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, specialists, and parents
• Genuine interest in working with elementary-aged children, adapting interventions to various learning abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary students individually and in small groups
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs and make data-driven recommendations
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Consult with teachers and staff to embed OT strategies into classroom activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Document interventions and student progress clearly and promptly
