Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Expertise in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Comfortable with a diverse caseload covering ages 6–14
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs to develop targeted intervention strategies
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services across middle and elementary locations
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated care
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students in achieving educational and functional goals
  • Adapt and modify tasks or environments to promote student participation
