Step into an onsite contract opportunity providing crucial Occupational Therapy (OT) services to K-12 students. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and runs through May 21, 2027. You’ll provide direct support within educational settings, working with a diverse student population and contributing to their academic and functional success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Illinois
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based OT
• Ability to adapt interventions for a broad range of K-12 students
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort working onsite and collaborating with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized OT services to students, supporting both academic and functional needs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families during monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
• Engage in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices
