This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers three openings, each at 37.5 hours weekly, with placements thoughtfully matched to your preferred age group. Begin your journey with an engaging orientation on August 3rd and 4th, setting you up for a seamless start—students arrive August 10th, and the assignment runs through May 21, 2027.

You’ll be welcomed by a “Buddy Program” designed to support new hires, and have immediate access to supervision within your discipline for hands-on guidance and professional consultation. Collaboration flourishes here—connect with peers during monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and through a dynamic intranet that fosters real-time communication across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and school programs
  • Develop and implement goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in annual performance reviews and ongoing process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
  • Current OT licensure in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Enthusiasm for continual professional development
