Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT state license (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs
• Dedication to supporting students with varying abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer support and education to school personnel regarding students’ needs
