Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state or eligibility to obtain
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative school setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students with diverse needs, in accordance with IEP/504 plans
• Participate as a part of multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student progress and contribute to educational planning
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to empower student success and foster inclusive learning environments
• Maintain well-organized, timely documentation and records of student services and progress
• Provide in-service training and resources to school personnel as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and regulatory standards
