Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and active OT license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students as defined in IEPs
  • Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions to support students' academic and functional needs
  • Consult regularly with educators, families, and other service providers for optimal outcomes
  • Document progress, maintain compliant records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based teams
