Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to fit individual needs
• Passion for fostering student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to plan and implement IEPs and 504 plans
• Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress reports and documentation required by school and regulatory bodies
• Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and families to support students’ functional participation in school activities
