Step into a highly impactful part-time opportunity serving PreK through 12th grade students for the upcoming school year! This contract role is perfect for a skilled Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting student growth and development in an educational environment. Starting August 10, 2026, through May 13, 2027, you’ll make a meaningful difference with one dedicated visit per month, providing 7.5 hours of focused service each visit.

Working with a manageable caseload of 13-14 students, your expertise will help foster important life and academic skills across a diverse age range. In addition, you will play a key role by supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), cultivating a collaborative approach to student support.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Previous school-based OT experience highly valued
  • Strong supervisory and mentorship abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to tailor approaches to diverse student needs and age ranges (PreK-12)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly OT services to students as outlined in their individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Supervise and guide a COTA, ensuring quality and compliance with therapy protocols
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain thorough, compliant records and reports
