Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
• Preferred previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment

• Ability to assess student needs and develop effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and referral data

• Conduct formal and informal evaluations of students’ abilities and needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to each student
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
