School Occupational Therapist | Mansfield, Texas

Make a lasting impact in the lives of students as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a vibrant educational community near Mansfield, TX. This full-time contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers the unique opportunity to provide direct therapeutic support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

As a valued part of the multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of 45–60 students, tailoring your approach based on individualized service minutes and collaborating closely with educators, students, and families. The role is exclusively onsite, allowing you to form strong relationships and deliver hands-on interventions that foster growth and independence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing therapy plans for students with varied needs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners in a K–12 environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions in accordance with students' IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and promote best outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation of student services and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the team
• Adapt and modify interventions based on student needs and educational settings
