Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

- Ability to collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver therapy within classroom and small group settings
- Track progress, maintain detailed records, and prepare necessary documentation for IEP meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative services with a focus on improving students’ independence, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and participation in academic activities
- Participate in meetings with faculty and parents to discuss progress and adjust strategies as needed
