• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for school-based practice
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and functional needs within the educational environment
• Develop and deliver therapy interventions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure students’ therapy goals are supported in the classroom
• Monitor progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and assistive technology
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to reinforce therapy objectives
