Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience with pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
- Comfort working with both elementary and high school students
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Position Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week from September 8, 2026, to January 8, 2027
- Provide therapy to students with varied needs in both elementary and high school settings
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services onsite, ensuring compliance with student IEPs
- Participate in the "Buddy Program" for thorough orientation and ongoing support
- Use provided equipment and testing materials efficiently
- Attend monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for collaboration
- Engage in 1:1 check-ins and team meetings with leaders to discuss progress and priorities
- Take part in annual performance reviews, professional development, and process improvement initiatives
