Key Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and eligibility to practice in Arizona

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students as directed by supervising OTs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to school and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
