Occupational Therapist School Setting - Marana, AZ

Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students as a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a contract basis for the 2026/2027 school year. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Arizona
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
• Comfort working with K–12 age groups, including diverse developmental and learning needs
• Ability to travel between two school locations as needed
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with self-contained classroom environments is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an OT
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the individualized needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and inclusive approach in all interactions
