Qualifications:
- Active AZ Occupational Therapist license required
- Preferred: Initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- IVP fingerprint card required
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to support students with mild to severe needs across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services as an itinerant provider across several locations
