As a full-time contract Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to support diverse student populations while working in a variety of educational environments.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Knowledgeable in providing OT services within healthcare and teletherapy settings
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience supporting students with fine and gross motor skill development
• Familiarity with IEPs and documentation for school-based and home health OT services
• COTA supervision experience beneficial, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students in various educational settings—including teletherapy and home health where appropriate
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to ensure consistent and effective strategies
• Provide guidance, resources, and informal training for educational staff regarding student motor skills development
