We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our student services team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a district-wide, full-time position serving multiple campuses, offering a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with diverse educational teams and make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Position Overview

  • Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

  • Term: Complete 2026–2027 School Year

  • Location: Multiple campus assignments across the district

  • Target Start: Fall 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional capabilities and therapy needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals focused on improving students' fine motor, sensory-motor, visual-perceptual, and self-care skills.

  • Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students across assigned district campuses.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide assistive technology accommodations and classroom modifications.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation, including IEP progress reports and evaluation data.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Valid State Board License in Occupational Therapy (or eligible to obtain before the start of the 2026 school year).

  • Prior experience in a school setting or pediatric therapy is highly preferred.

  • Ability to travel reliably between district campuses.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
