We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our student services team for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Term: Complete 2026–2027 School Year
Location: Multiple campus assignments across the district
Target Start: Fall 2026
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional capabilities and therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals focused on improving students' fine motor, sensory-motor, visual-perceptual, and self-care skills.
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students across assigned district campuses.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide assistive technology accommodations and classroom modifications.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation, including IEP progress reports and evaluation data.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid State Board License in Occupational Therapy (or eligible to obtain before the start of the 2026 school year).
Prior experience in a school setting or pediatric therapy is highly preferred.
Ability to travel reliably between district campuses.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
