Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Arizona (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with fine and gross motor skills interventions
  • Background in home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple campuses in the district
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ development and success
  • Utilize various service delivery models, including in-person, home health, and teletherapy as needed
  • Support both fine and gross motor skill improvements in school-aged children
