Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California (required)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Able to work full-time, on-site for the full academic year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver supportive, individualized therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Document progress and participate in team meetings
- Adapt therapy plans to meet evolving student needs
