Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California (required)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Able to work full-time, on-site for the full academic year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver supportive, individualized therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Document progress and participate in team meetings
• Adapt therapy plans to meet evolving student needs
