Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong background in gross motor skills development
• Experience in home health OT and/or teletherapy is advantageous
• Comfort collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Independent, flexible, and skilled at adapting to changing needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with educators, COTAs, and support teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments focused on gross and fine motor skill development
• Deliver therapy both on-site and virtually as needed
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Maintain open, empathetic communication with families and staff
