Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents within a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and goal implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to support students’ diverse needs
- Open to both local and travel candidates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy interventions for students in grades K-12
- Assess students’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth through standardized and informal evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Support teachers and families with strategies to enhance student engagement and independence
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all documentation requirements
