Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
  • Prior experience in schools or pediatrics preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to help students reach individualized educational and developmental goals
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, specialists, and families
  • Develop, document, and update progress on students’ IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Educate school staff and families on tailored strategies and accommodations
  • Participate in team meetings and support a positive, inclusive learning environment
