We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support Extended School Year (ESY) programs near Marysville, WA. What we’re looking for:

  • Valid OT or COTA certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy documentation
  • Strong communication abilities for collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student-centered practice
  • Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services in line with ESY program goals
  • Assess students' needs and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Implement therapy activities to promote fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff and families to support optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
  • Provide insight and recommendations for educational strategies and accommodations
