Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially within school settings
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and appropriate therapeutic interventions for various needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ needs and areas for support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Support academic participation, sensory integration, and fine motor development
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school documentation standards
  • Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and family members to ensure successful integration of therapy strategies in the classroom
